Maitland

Jill is one of our senior Legal Secretaries and has been a dedicated member of our team since May 2014. She supports matters from start to finish, helping ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently for everyone involved. Jill cares deeply for our clients and takes pride in providing attentive, reliable support throughout every matter.
 
Jill is primarily based in our Kempsey office and, on occasion, works at our South West Rocks office or remotely from home. She plays a key role in preparing legal documents and managing the progression of matters through to completion.
 
Jill has a strong understanding the administrative work required for Conveyancing, Wills and Estates and provides extensive support across these areas. She manages our accounts receivable and debt collection, and she also has vast experience with accounts payable.
 
Jill has completed studies in Business Administration, as well as professional development courses in Estates and Conveyancing for legal support staff.
 
Jill has been a Justice of the Peace since 2016 and is available to witness and certify documents by appointment.
 
Jill enjoys a good coffee, live music, and The Lord of the Rings trilogy.
